Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our policies.
Content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transmitted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted and processed in accordance with industry security standards.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from Dreamy Tail.

We make every reasonable effort to present accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor color, material, or measurement variations are expected due to lighting conditions, screen calibration, and manufacturing tolerances.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Dreamy Tail ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Due to carrier and supplier limitations associated with furniture-grade items, we are unable to deliver to:
- PO Boxes or P.O. Boxes
- Military mail addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- General Delivery, PMB, RR, or similar non-physical addresses
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Following dispatch, delivery generally occurs within an estimated 5–14 business day window.
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times are subject to carrier performance, logistics constraints, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy & Processing Lock
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information at checkout. Once an order has entered processing and the fulfillment request has been submitted, address changes are not possible.
Dreamy Tail is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address information provided by the customer.
Orders affected by address errors may be delivered as addressed, returned to the supplier, deemed undeliverable, or otherwise unrecoverable. If a returned shipment is accepted by the supplier, any refund issued—if approved—will be subject to an 18% fee based on the product price, which includes original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking or handling fees. If a shipment is deemed unrecoverable, no refund will be issued.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All returns, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees, inspection standards, refund timelines, and non-returnable conditions are governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
· All returns require prior authorization
· The return request window is strictly enforced
· Approved returns and exchanges are subject to an 18% fee based on the product price, which includes original shipping charges, return shipping costs (using a return label provided by Dreamy Tail and printed by the customer), and applicable restocking or handling fees
· Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable
· Certain items are non-returnable, including sale or final-sale items
· Items that fail inspection are not eligible for refund
· Orders canceled after processing are treated as returns and are subject to the same 18% fee
In cases involving address errors, refused deliveries, or undeliverable shipments, refunds—if any—are contingent upon supplier approval and may be reduced or denied entirely depending on carrier and supplier outcomes. If a shipment is deemed unrecoverable, no refund will be issued.
SECTION 7 – RISK OF LOSS & STOLEN PACKAGES
Risk of loss transfers once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Dreamy Tail is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for coordinating directly with the carrier in such cases.
SECTION 8 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation or delay.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions suspected of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
The Service may include third-party tools or links provided “as is” and “as available.” Dreamy Tail does not warrant or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or transactions.
