The Dreamy Tail mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Dreamy Tail (“Dreamy Tail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may also update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Your continued participation in the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Mobile Terms.
SMS Program Consent
By opting in to Dreamy Tail’s SMS/text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Dreamy Tail at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
Message types may include, but are not limited to:
· Order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
· Account-related alerts and service messages
· Promotional messages, including product announcements, special offers, and cart reminders
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Participation in the SMS program is completely voluntary.
The Service is intended for U.S. mobile numbers only.
Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency may vary and depends on your interaction with the Service.
Dreamy Tail does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.
Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your messaging and data plan.
Opting Out / Revoking Consent
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any Dreamy Tail text message.
After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll.
If you are enrolled in multiple Dreamy Tail SMS programs, you must opt out of each program separately unless otherwise required by law.
You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions above.

Changes to Messaging Numbers
We may change the phone number, short code, or long code used to operate the Service at any time. Where required, we will provide notice of such changes.
Messages sent to a number or code that has been changed may not be received, and Dreamy Tail is not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated numbers.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
You agree to provide accurate and current mobile contact information. If you change your mobile number, you are responsible for re-enrolling in the Service with your new number.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamy Tail is not liable for any failed, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages, errors in message content, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance on the Service.
