Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States only. Due to carrier and fulfillment limitations, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military mail (APO/FPO/DPO), PO Boxes, or similar non-standard addresses.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
No. A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries. PO Boxes, military mail, rural routes (RR), PMB addresses, and General Delivery locations cannot be supported.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on item availability, carrier performance, and regional logistics. All delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Why does delivery take 5–14 business days?
Each Dreamy Tail piece is thoughtfully prepared and coordinated through a curated fulfillment process rather than mass warehousing. This allows us to maintain quality and design integrity while responsibly transporting furniture-grade items.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. During periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, processing may require the full window to ensure quality standards are met.
Once an order has entered processing, order details—including the shipping address—can no longer be modified.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before an order enters processing. Once the fulfillment request has been submitted, address changes are not possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Dreamy Tail is not responsible for delivery issues, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If an incorrect or unsupported address is provided, the shipment may be delivered as addressed, returned to the supplier, deemed undeliverable, or otherwise unrecoverable.
If a returned shipment is accepted by the supplier, any refund issued—if approved—will be subject to an 18% fee based on the product price, which includes original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable seller restocking or handling fees. This amount will be deducted from the approved refund, if applicable. In some cases, no refund may be available if the shipment cannot be recovered.
What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, as marked by the carrier.
What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email dreamytailshop@gmail.com with:
· Your order number
· Proof of purchase
· A brief explanation of the reason for return
· Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please check your spam or junk folder, as return instructions are sent by email.
Can I send my item back without contacting you first?
No. All returns must be authorized and arranged by Dreamy Tail. Items sent without approval cannot be accepted, as return shipping labels must be issued through our fulfillment partners.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
Yes. Approved returns and exchanges are subject to an 18% fee based on the product price, which covers original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking and handling expenses.
What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:
· Sale or final-sale items
· Items showing signs of use, wear, odor, pet hair, washing, or alteration
· Items damaged or missing parts due to customer handling
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Condition determinations are final.
What happens if my returned item is not resellable?
If an item fails inspection and is deemed not resellable, it may be returned to the customer at their expense or responsibly discarded if we do not receive a response within 72 hours of notification.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Risk of loss transfers once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Dreamy Tail is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Package theft is a serious offense and may require a police report for carrier investigation.
