Thoughtful Preparation
Each Dreamy Tail piece is prepared with care before leaving our hands. Orders are typically readied for dispatch within 2–5 business days. During periods of elevated demand or exceptional circumstances, preparation may require the full processing window to ensure every item meets our quality and handling standards.
Once an order has entered processing and the fulfillment request has been submitted, order details—including the delivery address—can no longer be modified.
Delivery Timing
Following dispatch, most orders arrive within an estimated 5–14 business day window. Delivery timelines may vary based on item availability, carrier performance, regional logistics, and transit conditions.
All delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes only and reflect the time required to prepare, coordinate, and transport furniture-grade items responsibly. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Availability
Dreamy Tail delivers exclusively within the contiguous United States.
We are unable to offer delivery to the following locations:
· Alaska
· Hawaii
· Puerto Rico
· Guam
· U.S. Virgin Islands
· American Samoa
· Northern Mariana Islands
· Micronesia
· Marshall Islands
· Palau
Orders placed with delivery addresses in these regions cannot be fulfilled and may be canceled.
Delivery Address Requirements
To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, a valid physical street address is required for all orders.
Due to carrier and supplier limitations associated with large or furniture-grade items, we are unable to deliver to:
· PO Boxes or P.O. Boxes
· Military mail addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
· Rural Route (RR), PMB, or similar mail stops
· General Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable address information at checkout. Once an order has entered processing, address changes are not possible.
Dreamy Tail is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address details provided by the customer.
Address Errors, Refused, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is delivered to an incorrect address, refused by the recipient, or deemed undeliverable, the outcome of the delivery is beyond our control. Depending on carrier and supplier handling, such shipments may be delivered as addressed, returned to the supplier, discarded, or otherwise unrecoverable.
If a returned shipment is accepted by the supplier, any refund issued—if approved—will be subject to an 18% fee based on the product price, which includes original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable seller restocking or handling fees. This amount will be deducted from the approved refund, if applicable. In certain cases, no refund may be available if the shipment cannot be recovered.
Delivery Expectations
Our pieces are coordinated and delivered through a network of trusted fulfillment partners. Once an order has been dispatched, transit is governed by carrier operations and regional logistics. While we strive for consistency and transparency, delivery timelines are not guaranteed, and Dreamy Tail cannot be held responsible for delays once an order is in transit.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
